Located in the coastal hinterland, 12 km from the sandy beaches of Quend and Fort Mahon Beach, Situated between Land and Sea, the National Nature Reserve of the Bay of Somme is a preserved area that will seduce you with its unique and rich landscapes. More than 360 bird species have been observed in this area, 14 observation stations give you the possibility to see them for yourself.
Make beautiful walks over 20 km of beach, horseback riding or by bike in the Ornithological Park of Marquenterre, near the Bay of Somme or the Bay of Authie. Come try sand sailing, kitesurfing at the beach of Quend-Plage, or try the canoe at Saint Valéry sur Somme (medieval city). Visit and discover the Saint Vaast Church of Quend, the Beffroy de Rue classified on the Unesco Heritage list, 10 km from Quend, the cathedral of Amiens or Valloires Abbey.
